Peak demand
Cold beverages sell first.
Rapid beverage cooling for hot climate retail
CryoBev develops low cost rapid cooling technologies for beverage outlets. Our liquid contact prototype cools a sealed aluminium can in 30 seconds, helping convert warm inventory into cold availability when demand peaks.
Prototype result under defined test conditions. Performance depends on can size, starting temperature, target temperature, coolant temperature and flow conditions.

During peak demand, chilled beverages can sell faster than replacement stock cools. The retailer may have plenty of warm inventory, but limited cold choice. CryoBev addresses the time between shelf warm stock and a sellable cold beverage.
Cold beverages sell first.
Warm replacement inventory is available.
The refrigerator becomes the bottleneck.
Choice narrows or the customer leaves.
The commercial gap is measured in minutes without cold stock, not in the amount of warm inventory available.
A conventional refrigerator relies on cold air moving around the container. CryoBev creates stronger external convection and more effective thermal contact with the can surface, allowing heat to leave the beverage faster.
Cold air removes heat gradually as replacement inventory cools inside the refrigerator.
Moving chilled liquid continuously carries heat away across the aluminium can surface.
Container size, starting temperature, target temperature, coolant temperature and flow conditions.
Both routes target more cold availability at viable cost. The 30 second result applies only to the demonstrated liquid contact prototype.
Moving chilled liquid removes heat rapidly from a sealed aluminium can at the point of sale.
Directed high velocity air is designed to accelerate cooling inside existing beverage refrigerators without replacing installed equipment.
CryoBev will select the route that delivers the greatest improvement in cold availability per unit of installed cost.
Can thousands of outlets afford it?
Does it restore cold availability fast enough?
What does each chilled sale cost?
Can it survive daily retail use?
Can it deploy with minimal disruption?
Clear evidence boundaries make the pilot useful. CryoBev separates the result already observed from the operating and commercial questions that still need measurement.

Restore a cold option when chilled inventory is depleted.
Cool the SKU requested instead of selling only what remains cold.
The retrofit route could improve refrigerators already deployed in market.
The pilot is deliberately narrow enough for an accelerator budget while producing the technical, operating and commercial evidence needed for a scale decision.
Instrument the current liquid design and a standard beverage refrigerator.
Build and test the airflow retrofit against liquid contact cooling.
Field test two instrumented units sequentially across 2 to 3 outlets.
Freeze the preferred route, unit economics and rollout specification.
No energy, water, carbon or sales benefit will be claimed until measured against a defined baseline.
